Re: How to clear the cookie

The "Request Prefix" setting of this region plug-in show help on how to activate a specific tab. If the prefix is set to the default value "PAGETAB", and you want to activate the first tab, enter PAGETAB1 in the page request field.

by Rene
on May 12, 2011
I'm using pagetabs with to cookie so it stays on the same tab when submitting the page. However, when opening the page from the menu, I always want to show the first tab.
How can I reset the cookie?

Hi Faizal,

If you set "Use Cookie" to "Yes", than the plug-in takes care of it.

Guido

Please take a look at http://jqueryui.com/demos/tabs/
The jQuery UI Tabs plugin uses the jQuery UI CSS Framework to style its look and feel, including colors and background textures.

Other Regions
by Stew Stryker
on October 8, 2010
I just answered my own question below. I had to put the PageTabs region in to the Before Footer section of the page template in order to be able to see the region(s) in the Body section. I couldn't even put the PageTabs region in Page Template Body (3) and put the other region in Page Template Body (1).

I hope this helps others.

What about region above?
by Stew Stryker
on October 8, 2010
Hi,

I just tried implementing this and it seems to obscure the items in the region above the tab region. Is that expected behavior?

A tip for those implementing this for the first time, the Sub Regions should be HTML type regions.

Thanks,

Stew
