by Natarajan
on March 8, 2012
Hi,
As people said, its a great plug in to use.
I am in need to use this popup dialog on click of an url link generated on report. Is it possible to have? Or should it work only on button click? I gave the jquery selector a[id^=callModalDialog] to open the popup on all ids start with callModalDialog. These are the IDs for the Links generated thro the report. However it doest work. I couldn't change any option.
Please help.
Awaiting your answer.
Regards,
Natarajan

This is a great plugin. Please provide some documentation how to setup this plugin. I have imported this plugin into my application and I don't know how to go about it. When I try dynamic action on page load, this doesn't show up in event class. Thank you. I appreciate it.

Hi Guido,
Is it also possible to use a jQuery selector based on button Class?
For instance use a selector $(".DialogButton") to add dialog.open event on all buttons with this class.....

Ton

very nearly worked out of the box

the only issue I had was that the button template which I was using didn't have the #BUTTON_ATTRIBUTES# substitution string. therefore the 'id' wasn't being included. Fixed it pretty quickly though.
Great plugin which, combined with the 'region in region' functionality, can be used for a host of things. forms, charts etc.
Well done and thanks
