I'm currently migrating an application from apex 3.2 to apex 4.0 and I want to use you plugin. Th problem I have at the moment is htat the application uses a table layout instead of a div lay out.
The contents of the page are not displayed right. When I change the theme to a custom apex 4.0 theme it works perfectly, but the client needs it's own lay-out.
Is there a way or do I need to change the lay out from tables to divs?
